Invest in Intimate Theatre, Make a Gift Today

Investing in new works involves great financial risk, and sustaining the Company’s robust programming schedule on a grassroots budget can be a daunting task.

Your gift will help us to continue our tradition of producing new works in a powerful, intimate setting in Los Angeles. It will help us keep ticket prices affordable, making live theatre accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds. And it will help to give voice to new and established playwrights, as well as an extensive company of artists, directors, designers, and technicians who believe, as you do, that theatre is a vital part of our national culture.

Ticket sales only cover 30% of the cost of productions; your support will go towards:

  • Playwright & Actor Stipends
  • Lighting & Sound Design
  • Ticket subsidies for seniors, students, and other underserved audiences
  • Free community programming

The Road is able to accept donations in the form of appreciated securities (stocks or mutual funds). Giving goods or offering services at no cost to a charitable organization is called an In-Kind Donation, and is usually tax deductible! The Road welcomes in-kind donations of food and beverages for our opening night receptions, printing services, chairs, or other useful donations. If you have goods or services that you would like to donate to our theatre, please contact us!
