August 1939. The marriage of Charles & Anne Lindbergh is in crisis, devestated by the kidnap/ murder of the couple's first-born son. And into this tension-filled household enters the famous French aviator & author -- Antoine de Saint-Exupery, who falls in love-at-first-sight with this unhappy wife of the most famous aviator in the world. By the end of a bittersweet weekend, Antoine irrevocably changes the lives of his hosts – and his own – as he discovers the emotional sacrifice that leads him to create one of the world's most beloved stories, The Little Prince.

JOHN ORLOCK’s works have been produced at such major regional theaters as the Oregon Shakespeare Festival; The Cleveland Play House; Alley Theatre, Houston; Cricket Theatre, Minneapolis; Arizona Repertory Theatre; the North Carolina Shakespeare Festival; Remains Theater, Chicago, as well as internationally at the Focus Theatre, Dublin, and the Hungarian National Theatre. He’s a recipient of writing fellowships from the Ohio Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts, as well as fellowships from the Minnesota State Arts Board, the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Blue Mountain Colony, and the Sewanee Writers Conference. His screenplay, The End-of-Summer Guest was awarded the third place prize in the 2009 American Screenwriters Association International Screenplay Competition. Also that year, his play The Specificity of Paradise was selected for development at the PlayPenn New Play Festival in Philadelphia. Earlier this year his play New Orleans won first place in 16th Annual Premiere One-Act Competition sponsored by the Moving Arts Theater Company in Los Angeles. Mr. Orlock is currently on the faculty of Case Western Reserve University where he holds the Samuel B. and Virginia C. Knight Chair in Humanities, and conducts a popular seminar, Fly- Fishing: the Sport, the Metaphysics, & the Literature. |

Tricia returns home to the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts to deal with her mother's death after a battle with Alzheimer’s. But at the funeral home she collides with Fitz, a prodigy and former piano student of her mother's, with secrets of his own, who challenges her loyalty and choices.

CRAIG POSPISIL is the award-winning author of Months on End, which premiered at Jeff Daniels’ Purple Rose Theater Company; Somewhere in Between; Life Is Short; and the collection Choosing Sides—all published by Dramatists Play Service. He also wrote the book for the musical Drift, which will be produced in Kansas City in September, and his play The Dunes just finished a run at the Gallery Players in Brooklyn. Craig was head writer for Atrainplays, and of his sixteen Atrainplays, It’s Not You, Tourist Attraction and The Best Way to Go are published by Playscripts. His plays have been seen at Ensemble Studio Theatre, New World Stages, Bay Street Theatre and NYMF, performed on four continents and translated into Chinese, Danish and French. TORI GALLARELLO-ALCOCK started her career at Sony Music Studios and Automatic Productions in NYC where she worked on successful music series Live By Request (A&E Networks) and Sessions at West 54th (PBS). Tori co-produced the How To Party With Andrew W.K. pilot for Adult Swim and served as Coordinating Producer for Celebrity Poker Showdown (Bravo). She was also Senior Producer of 10 Days To A New You with Ellie Krieger on Food Network. Most recently she worked on the long running Discovery Health, now OWN, series, Mystery Diagnosis. Her one act play The Last Line was featured in The Matthew David Barton Play Festival at the 29th Street Repertory Theatre/Altered Stages in NYC. |
