Rebecca is a single mother struggling to get by in a low-wage job while providing for her severely disabled son and a teen-aged daughter. When her older sister brings news that Rebecca’s former ex-con husband has resurfaced, it sets in motion a series of unexpected events that will test everyone’s true nature and brings up these questions: Who do we want to be in this life, and are we capable of much more than we think?
